The apartments
Guest Favorite is the badge Airbnb gives to the most loved homes on the platform, based on ratings, reviews and reliability. All four of our apartments hold it, and we hold Superhost status as hosts.
Occupancy
of nights booked across our apartments, compared with 33–51% for a typical Airbnb listing in Cairo. Our reputation fills the calendar, so we never need to accept a guest we have doubts about.

The reason
Most Cairo apartments offer a bed and a kitchen. Ours are built for the stay itself, so families, friends and business travellers choose us in every season. Good guests fill our calendar, which means we never need a guest we have doubts about.

Couches for the whole groupHow we protect every building
We welcome families, couples, business travellers and tourists from around the world. Every one of them goes through the same six steps.
Our team reads each guest's history and the reviews other hosts wrote about them. No history or a bad record means no booking.
We collect a passport or national ID for every guest, and a marriage certificate for every couple, before the stay begins.
A dedicated team member checks every document against the booking. The door code is only released once everything matches.
We send the IDs of all guests to the local police station before they check in.
A camera above each apartment door recognises faces and sends us a notification every time someone enters.
No visitors, no parties, a strict guest limit and quiet hours. Guests accept them before they can book.
If anyone who is not on the booking enters, we call the guest immediately and our team goes to the apartment. The guest is removed, reported to Airbnb, and loses the booking money in line with our house rules and Airbnb policy.
We will never risk anything illegal. Our 4.99 rating, our Superhost status and our registered company in Egypt took years to build, and one incident would destroy all three. Our business succeeds because of our reputation, so protecting it is our first rule.
